ADAN FONS / ARCHITECT / MANAGING PRINCIPAL

ARCHITECT Fons leads our team in creating well-thought-out design solutions for large, complex projects. His expertise spans all development phases, and his strong communication skills ensure feasible, functional concepts. Fons excels at transforming innovative ideas into practical, locally adapted construction methods, delivering successful projects on time and on budget. He holds a Bachelor's in Architecture and a Master's in Real Estate Development and Urban Studies.

Hernandez plays a key role in architectural projects, overseeing code research, programming, and production. His attention to detail ensures the creation of proper documents for project execution. Collaborating closely with the design team, engineers, and the development team, Hernandez delivers quality construction documents. He holds degrees in Architectural Studies from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Atlantic University.

Alex Avayu's extensive field experience is invaluable to our project team. As contract administrator and developer representative, he ensures projects are delivered on time and budget by coordinating between the general contractor, consultants, and owners. Alex oversees all phases, from coordination with city officials to managing the bid process and construction phase. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami and specializes in managing high-rise office, multifamily, and mixed-use projects.

Veronica Frattini is a talented designer.  Having worked internationally on commercial projects is an experience which adds to the design  team.  Her ability to quickly visualize and grasp the design program, her understanding on how different materials can work together seamlessly and how important the use of space is- allows her designs to be both creative and functional.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Venezuela.

ARCHITECT Arthur Pearl has over 35 years of experience in the architectural industry.  He works closely with the design team throughout all phases of the project to provide the technical expertise necessary.  His knowledge in construction methods, codes, materials, and design systems are essential in the development of quality projects.  He understands the importance of research to provide the best solutions for design development.   He has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Miami.

Maria Fernanda Leon has a strong visual arts background. She holds a Bachelors degree of Interior Architecture from the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Bogota, Colombia.  She works with team members to make sure the micro level review has taken place. She understands the importance and the attention necessary to the selection of materials, fixtures, furniture and the attention to details in the design of spaces.
